Orders & Payment

Can I change my order?

Once you have placed an order you can no longer change it. Is there anyway?
Did something go wrong while ordering? Please contact us and we'll help you.

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will always receive an email confirmation of your order. If this is not the case

How can an item be sold out after I ordered it?

Shipping & Returns

How long before I can expect my package?

Kidsmoda strives to ship your products within 1-2 business days from the time of ordering. We work exclusively with DHL, so we are not responsible.

What if I place an order during the weekend?

Our delivery times are in business days, which is Monday through Friday . This excludes public holidays, which are not considered business days.

What if one of the items ordered is out of stock?

If you place an order with an item that is in stock together with an item that has a different delivery time listed, we will only ship when the order is complete.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in your shopping cart. These costs are €4.95. Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands.

For orders to Belgium, shipping costs are €7.50 . Free shipping on orders over €75.

Track and Trace says delivered but I have not received anything.

  • There's a good chance the package was delivered to your neighbor. We always do this if we can't deliver to your home. The package could also have been accepted by a housemate. In that case, the delivery driver will leave a card stating the address to which the package was delivered.
  • Still no package after two working days?

Please contact us via

Package is not at the collection point.


If the package is delivered to a collection point, you will always be notified by email and have six days to collect it. If this doesn't happen, the package will be returned to us. Unfortunately, this is not free of charge, as DHL charges us for the return shipping, which means we have to pass it on to the customer. If you still wish to receive the package, we will send you a payment link. If you cancel your order, we will deduct one shipping fee from the refund.

I want to return my order.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days . This means the package must be back in our possession within this period. The return costs from your home to us are at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned to us with all accessories supplied, in its original condition and packaging .


Make sure you send your return shipment with Track & Trace . If you do not use this, you do so at your own risk. If the package is lost in the mail, Kidsmoda will not be responsible for this loss.


We will then refund the order amount owed to the account number we have on file for you within 14 days of receiving your return. If you used our free shipping for orders over €50 and your return falls below this threshold , please contact us.
We will then still charge the shipping costs incurred.

*Please note: Discounted items cannot be returned!

How do I return a package?

Print the return form here, fill it out completely and include it with the return shipment.

What are the return conditions?

The returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • With price tags attached (if available).
  • To be unworn and undamaged.
  • To be unwashed.
  • Not to have recovered (or attempted to).
  • The return shipment must be sufficiently franked.
  • Please include the completed return form. (You can find it at the bottom of the website under LINKS.)
  • Please note: You cannot send letterbox packages to our return address!

*If we receive returns without the above-mentioned items, we unfortunately cannot accept them. You can have your return resent if it is rejected.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired item.

How does earning points work at Kidsmoda?

Easily save Kidsmoda points at Kidsmoda for great discounts on your next purchase.

* NOTE: You will only receive savings points
if you have an account have or create it during the checkout process.

When ordering without an account (do not register)
so you do not receive any savings points.

How does it work?
For every €1 you spend on items in our webshop, you will receive 1 Kidsmoda savings point. You can redeem the savings points
then save up and exchange for a discount on your next order.

With 50 points, you'll receive a €1.00 discount on your next order, so the more you save, the higher your discount will be!

Example
If you buy €39.95 worth of items, you will receive 40 free savings points.


If you have saved up to 200 savings points, you can redeem them yourself via

order.

A few rules:

  • Savings points are not valid indefinitely.
  • Savings points can be exchanged for a discount from 50 points.
  • Any shipping costs will not earn you any reward points.
  • Savings points are always rounded to whole numbers.
  • You'll only receive reward points if you have an account or create one during checkout. If you order without an account (don't register), you won't receive any reward points and you'll miss out on a great discount.
  • You can find your savings points balance after logging in under 'my account'.
  • Reward points received on cancelled or returned items will be credited
    deducted from your balance.
  • Savings points are only awarded after your order has been paid.

Defects in an item or missing item


If you have received an order with a damaged item, please notify us by email within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Please include photos of the damaged item along with your order number. If you choose a replacement item, we'll provide you with a free return label. If you don't choose a replacement item, you'll be responsible for the return costs.


If you have received your order but an item you did order is missing, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt.

*We will then process your email within 2 working days to find the best possible solution together.

Unfortunately, it may happen that you're not completely satisfied with kidsmoda's products or services and have a complaint. Please let us know by contacting us.
